You can create rewards that are only available to certain customer groups. To get started, head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area.
Navigate to the Marketing tab, select Handsfree Marketing and click Create.
You will now be able to choose which group you would like to create a special reward or message for.
Once you've selected your group, click Add Reward.
You can now activate your special group reward 🤩
The special reward will show in the customer profile for as long as they match the group criteria.
Why not add a special message? Simply click on "Add Message" and create a message for your customer group.
