You can create rewards that are only available to certain customer groups. To get started, head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area.
Navigate to the Loyalty tab, scroll down to Rewards for customer groups and click Add group reward.
You will now be able to add a reward for that customer group.
You can now activate your special group reward 🤩. The special reward will show in the customer profile for as long as they match the group criteria.
You can also add a reward from the Customers tab of your admin by selecting "Add Reward".
