A manual customer group is a group of customers you choose exclusively. Manual groups are not updated automatically and the customer needs to be tagged to be in the group.

To create a manual customer group, head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area and navigate to the "Customer" tab and select "Create group".

For a manual group, choose "Manual Group" and enter a short name and description.

Lastly, click "Save" and your manual Group is created.

You can now add customers to the manual group directly via their profile.
