A SMART customer group is a group of customers that fits rules you can set up (think customers who only buy vegetarian meals e.g.). SMART groups are updated automatically so people will be added and removed dynamically depending if they meet your group criteria.

To create a SMART customer group head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area and navigate to the "Customer" tab and select "Customer Groups". Simply click the "Create" button to create a new group.

For a Smart group, choose "Smart Group" and enter a short name and description.

Simply write your group criteria in the box and click the blue arrow. We also included some suggestions for you.

Lastly, click "Save Group" and your Group is created. We will show you how many customers currently match your criteria.

Customers will be added or removed from the list dynamically depending on the criteria you set up and you can see the group in their customer profile.
