How to set up messages for groups

Learn how to set up messages for customer groups

You can create messages that are only sent to certain customer groups. To get started, head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area.

Navigate to the Marketing tab, select Handsfree Marketing and click Create.

You will now be able to choose which group you would like to create a message for.

Once you've selected your group, click Add message. Simply type your message and select the frequency.

Send once = the customer will receive the message once when they match the group criteria. All existing group members will receive it within 24 hours.

Send monthly = the customer will receive this message once a month for as long as they are part of the group. All existing group members will get the first message within 24 hours, then monthly messages after that, while they remain in the group.

You can now activate your special group message 🤩

Why not add a special reward? Simply click on "Add Reward" and create a reward for your customer group.
