Please note, bonus points are only available if you have set up a spend based reward (points based).
You can create rewards that are only available to certain customer groups. To get started, head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area.
Navigate to the Marketing tab, select Handsfree Marketing and click Create.
You will now be able to choose which group you would like to give bonus points to.
Once you've selected your group, click "Add bonus points".
You will be able to add how many % of extra points these customers get when they purchase.
Bonus points are given automatically on any purchases for as long as the customer is in the group.
Why not add a special message? Simply click on "Add Message" and create a message for your customer group.
