You can add customers to your loyalty program and award points manually anywhere at any time by heading to store.loyalty-app.co and selecting a customer using the search box (instructions and screenshots for Clover users and Android POS terminals, scroll down).
To issue manual points click on the "Rewards" tab and you will then be able to enter the number of points you would like to award to the customer. Then click the plus sign and confirm the amount.
For Smart POS users (i.e. Clover or Android-based point-of-sale) you will have access to the Loyalzoo - Digital Loyalty app from the home screen of your device. Where you will also have access to the manual points feature described above.
***To switch quickly between any app, including Digital Loyalty you can use the task-switching button found at the bottom of your screen.
