A customers profile is only viewable to you and your staff. Loyalzoo will automatically assign each customer a color and the customers initials to differentiate your loyalty customers. If you wish to define them with their own profile picture, follow the steps below:
1. Take a photo of your customer on a device such as a tablet, smartphone, or computer

2. Click on your customer's current profile picture
3. Select the profile picture from your device
4. Your customer's new profile picture will now be displayed
