Editing a customer's card details

How to update a customer's payment card

Changing a customers card details from the Clover web dashboard or https://admin.loyalty-app.co/

  1. Tap the "Payments" button

  2. Select Payment methods

  3. Click on the "Add payment method" to add a new card

  4. If a customer has an active subscription you will also need to add the new card on file to their subscription. To do this click on subscriptions then the edit button and then select the correct payment method from the drop down menu.

  5. Last Click the trash can icon to delete an old card in the payments tab to remove any inactive cards 

NOTE: For Clover POS, a new customers card details require to be validated with a 50cent authorization charge. This will be deducted from their next payment/cycle. For all other solutions, an authorization will occur with no funds taken.
