If you make a mistake, it's pretty simple to fix. Simply hit the 'undo' button in the customer's profile. (If you are running Loyalzoo for Clover, simply perform a refund under the customer's name and it will deduct points automatically).

If you need to rectify a mistake that is not manageable with the undo button. Simply head to dashboard.loyalzoo.com, find the customer using the search box and tap the book icon. 

Edit the fields you wish to change, then tap Save.
