Updating a customers points balance

How to correct customer point balance errors

If you make a mistake, it's simple to fix. Click the 'undo' button in the customer's profile. (If you are running Loyalzoo for Clover, simply perform a refund under the customer's name and it will deduct points automatically).

If you need to rectify a mistake that is not manageable with the undo button. Simply head to the Loyalzoo admin or https://admin.loyalty-app.co, find the customer using the search box, and tap the pencil icon. 

Edit the fields you wish to change, then tap Save.
