If you make a mistake, it's simple to fix. Click the 'undo' button in the customer's profile. (If you are running Loyalzoo for Clover, simply perform a refund under the customer's name and it will deduct points automatically).
If you need to rectify a mistake that is not manageable with the undo button. Simply head to the Loyalzoo admin or dashboard.loyalzoo.com, find the customer using the search box and tap the book icon.
Edit the fields you wish to change, then tap Save.
