Loyalzoo's credit-based promotion system, gives you more control and flexibility for your outreach. Your plan may include a set number of credits each month that you can use. *Credits are only needed for SMS messages, all plans come with unlimited free email and push notifications
If you use all of your preloaded credits you can purchase additional credits as a monthly add-on.
Not sure how many messaging credits your plan includes? You can check your available credits in the Loyalzoo admin area.
SMS prioritization
You can choose to send promotions via SMS to all customers on file when you create a promotion.
Prioritize SMS to ensure everyone receives a text message if you'd like.
Auto Top-up
When you run out of messaging credits, you will be automatically charged $3 for each additional 100 messaging credits (£2.50 +VAT if you are in the UK), to avoid service interruption.
Credit reset
Credits reset on the first of each month. If you sign up mid-month, you will receive a prorated number of credits for your first month, followed by your full credit allocation on the first of the following month.

How many credits are used per SMS
SMS traffic uses your messaging credits based on the destination country of the customer. For example:
One SMS message sent to a USA or Canadian phone number uses 1 messaging credit
One SMS message sent to a phone number in UK or Australia uses 2 messaging credits, due to the higher charges applied by carriers in those countries
