If you prefer not to send messages via SMS/WhatsApp, you can turn off SMS/WhatsApp messaging for promotions, points/stamps notifications, or both.

This option is useful if you’d like to save your messaging credits for promotions only, or if you’ve reached your monthly messaging limit and want to avoid overage fees.

How to turn SMS/WhatsApp messages on or off:

Click Store Settings, then scroll down till you see the "SMS/WhatsApp Settings" toggle buttons

Use the toggle buttons to turn SMS/WhatsApp messages on or off for each message type

1. Open the Loyalzoo Admin dashboard
2. Select Business Settings
3. Click Store Settings, then scroll down till you see the "SMS/WhatsApp Settings" toggle buttons 
4. Use the toggle buttons to turn SMS/WhatsApp messages on or off for each message type
