If you need to send a promotion but have run out of credits you can purchase additional credits directly from the Loyalzoo admin dashboard.
There are two options if you want to add more messaging credit.
Option 1
Add extra credits via the "get more credits" button in the bottom left corner
You will be able to choose the number of credits you would like to subscribe for.
Option 2
You can add more credits directly through the last page before sending a promotion.
Credits are a monthly recurring add-on. If you wish to reduce the number of credits you subscribed to, please get in touch.
