If you prefer not to send messages via SMS, you can turn off SMS messaging for promotions, points/stamps notifications, or both.
This option is useful if you’d like to save your SMS credits for promotions only, or if you’ve reached your monthly messaging limit and want to avoid overage fees.
How to turn SMS messages on or off:
Open the Loyalzoo Admin dashboard
Select Business Settings
Click Store Settings, then scroll down till you see the the toggle buttons
Use the toggle buttons to turn SMS messages on or off for each message type
Once you are satisfied with your selection scroll to the bottom of the screen and select save.
