Many small businesses want to offer Birthday Rewards as an incentive to bring customers in on a special day and we agree, let's celebrate with your customers! Birthday Rewards are now available from the Loyalzoo admin dashboard. You will find Birthday Reward under the marketing tab, in the Handsfree marketing section.

You will see the option to set up a Birthday Reward below the VIP reward. You can give it a creative title and add a fun Birthday themed emoji and then set the duration of the offer, when will it start and when will it end. Then simply click create.

The Birthday will automatically be sent on the start date.

Now that you have the Birthday Reward all set up make sure you start asking customers for their Birthday, Month and Day, and you can add it directly to their customer profile.

Customers can also add a Birthday directly to their customer information on the Loyalzoo app.
