Automatic application of rewards and promotions

How to automatically apply promotional discounts and loyalty rewards into customer orders

If your customer has an available promotion or loyalty reward you can automatically apply it to the customer's order. You'll need to a few quick set up steps first.

  1. In the Loyalzoo admin dashboard, you will find a few areas where you can apply the correct settings.

    1. "Loyalty" Tab

    2. "Send Promotion" Tab

    3. "Customers" Tab

Reward Discount

1. When creating a loyalty reward, fill in the "reward value" field i.e. $10 off

2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available reward highlighted in blue. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)


3. The reward discount will automatically be applied to the order.


Promotional Discount

1. When creating a promotion, fill in the "discount" field i.e. 10% off


2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available promotion highlighted in blue. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)


3. The promotional discount will automatically be applied to the order.


Customer Groups Promotional Discount

1. When creating a promotion for a customer group, select the group you would like to offer the reward to then, click add reward and fill in the "reward" field i.e. 25% off


2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available promotion highlighted in blue. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)


3. The promotional discount will automatically be applied to the order.
