If your customer has an available promotion or loyalty reward you can automatically apply it to the customer's order. You'll need to apply some settings first.
In the Loyalzoo admin dashboard, you will find three areas where you can apply this setting
Loyalty rewards under the "Loyalty Programs" tab
Marketing - "Promotions" tab
Marketing - "Handsfree Marketing" tab

Reward Discount
1. When creating a loyalty reward, fill in the "reward value" field i.e. $10 off
2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available reward highlighted in yellow. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)
3. The reward discount will automatically be applied to the order.
Promotional Discount
1. When creating a promotion, fill in the "discount" field i.e. 10% off
2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available promotion highlighted in yellow. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)
3. The promotional discount will automatically be applied to the order.
Handsfree Marketing Promotional Discount
1. When creating a promotion for Handsfree Marketing, fill in the "discount" field i.e. $10 off
2. Find the customer's profile in your Register/Till and click on the available promotion highlighted in yellow. Click confirm (you must do this from your Register/Till)
3. The promotional discount will automatically be applied to the order.
