Go to your Epos Now admin dashboard and click on Loyalzoo: set up at least one reward.
You will now need to add the Loyalzoo button to your till. To do so, follow these steps outlined here.
You'll then be able to use Loyalzoo inside your Epos Now register using the new Loyalzoo button in the bottom right of the screen.
Start promoting your new loyalty program and sign customers up. You can sign them up in one of two ways:
- Open Loyalzoo inside your Epos Now register, and type their name in the search box; if they do not already exist, sign them up by tapping on Create Customer and adding their mobile number (or email address).
- Alternatively, tell your customers to download the free loyalzoo mobile app on their phone and check-in when they visit. When they check-in they’ll instantly appear at the top of your list, always available from the Loyalzoo button in your Epos Now register.

- Add some items into your customers order
2. Tap the Loyalzoo button
3. Add or find a customer by using the search box. Once selected - tap the OK button
4. Your customer will now be associated to the order and once you close out the payment. Your customer will be awarded 1 point per £ spent.
