There are two ways to award automatic loyalty points. For either way to work, you must add the Loyalzoo button to your till to activate the software. Follow the instructions below if you haven't already done so.
Now you can issue automatic points to your loyalty customer base. The fastest way is by using the Epos Now Customers CRM which you may have already used before.
Tap the "Customers" tab at the top of the order screen
Select or create a customer
Head back to the order
Close the payment
Once the order is closed the customer will automatically receive 1 point per $ or £ spent.
The other way is to use the Loyalzoo button you installed earlier. It's the same flow as the previous process but instead you use the Loyalzoo button that is now available in your till.
Tap the Loyalzoo button
Select or create a customer. Find more ways to register loyalty customers here!
Tap the OK button to go back to the Order screen
Close the payment
Once the order is closed the customer will automatically receive 1 point per $ or £ spent.
***Note: You will have to use the Loyalzoo button when redeeming rewards as this cannot be done from the Epos Now Customers tab.
