Many small businesses want to offer Birthday Rewards as an incentive to bring customers in on a special day, and we agree, let's celebrate with your customers!
Birthday Rewards are now available from the Loyalzoo admin dashboard. You will find Birthday Reward under the Customers tab.
You can send a message to your customers who have a birthday, letting them know that they will get the reward and come in to claim it. You can even add a fun birthday-themed emoji to the message!
You can also set a reward from this page. This is where you can set the duration of the offer, when it will start and when it will end. Then simply click save.
The Birthday message will automatically be sent on the start date 🎂
Now that you have the Birthday Reward all set up make sure you start asking customers for their Birthday, Month and Day, and you can add it directly to their customer profile.
Customers can also add a Birthday directly to their customer information on the Loyalzoo app.
