Connecting Loyalzoo and WooCommerce (Redemption)
Loyalzoo supports customer driven online redemption for rewards you have enabled to be redeemed online. After you follow these steps, a customer will be able to press a button in the mylty.co app to redeem the reward online, and moments later will receive a coupon code via email that will be accepted on your online store.
REQUIREMENTS
A Loyalzoo Account
A Zapier Account
A BigCommerce Account
A Loyalzoo Coupon API Key - Ask us in intercom and we will provide you with one of these unique to you.
Loyalzoo Setup
If needed, create your percentage or fixed discount rewards on the Loyalty tab of https://admin.loyalty-app.co.
Enable Redeemable Online for each reward as needed
WooCommerce Setup
Go to Settings / General
Take note of the store url in the Site Address (URL) field.

Select REST API Keys, and then Add Key
Name the key something clear like "Loyalzoo Token"
Set Permissions to Read/Write and press Generate Key
Take note of the consumer key and consumer secret
Zapier Setup
Create a Zap
Add a Trigger to your Zap
Select Loyalzoo (at least 1.2.24)
Choose the "Redeemed Reward Online" trigger
Connect this to your store via username and password - Reach out to us if you don't have this.
Add an action to your Zap
Select Loyalzoo (at least 1.2.24)
Choose the "Provision Coupon Code" action
Input your Loyalzoo Coupon API Key
Type in the field and press
/. Select the Step Output of the Redeemed Reward Online triggerSelect WooCommerce from the platform dropdown
Provide your WooCommerce store URL you generated earlier
Provide the WooCommerce consumer key and secret acquired during the key generation step
Publish
