You can integrate Loyalzoo with the Wix Coupon system, allowing customers to convert their rewards into coupon codes redeemable at Wix checkout.
⚠️ Note: A Zapier Pro account is required for this setup.
This guide assumes the following;
You’ve enabled Online Loyalty by following this guide
You have at least one reward setup in your admin.loyalty-app.co dashboard marked as "Redeemable online"
You’re using a Points-based loyalty program (Stamps are not currently supported)
1. Zapier Setup
This step requires technical support, please contact us and we will build your Zap for you.
The following will be setup;
Unique Coupon Code generation
Wix Coupon Template lookup
Wix Coupon created with unique code for specific customer
Email delivered to customer with unique code that works 1 time
2. Coupon Templating
If your reward:
Applies to a specific product, or
Has complex conditions beyond a simple discount,
…then you’ll need to create a template coupon in Wix. This template will be linked to your Loyalzoo reward marked as “Redeemable online.”
These step can be repeated as often as needed.
Steps
Login to your wix.com account
Navigate to Marketing, Discounts, Coupons
Create a New Coupon
1. Set up the coupon with your desired settings, but make sure you:
Limit the total number of uses to 1
Limit to one use per customer
2. In a new tab or window, open your Loyalzoo rewards list and select the reward
Use the button to open the rewards list
Select the reward that will be redeemable in your Wix store
Copy the reward ID from the URL
In the above example, the reward ID is 308993.
3. Paste the reward ID into the Coupon code field when editing your Wix coupon.
Set Coupon to Inactive
View the coupon in the list, tap the three dots and select 'Deactivate'
Your coupon should now;
Be limited to a single use
Use the reward ID as its code
Be fully setup as a template for the redemption Zap.
Testing
Once everything above is set up:
LOYALZOO
Create a new customer in your Loyalzoo system using your own email address.
Award yourself the necessary points to qualify for the reward you connected earlier.
Redeem the reward online (via either the mylty link in your points notification email or the Loyalzoo app).
WIX
Go to your Wix Dashboard
Navigate to:
Marketing → Discounts → Coupons
Click the “Created by Velo & Apps” tab
You should now see a new, one-time-use coupon.
The name field of the coupon will contain the customer’s email address (yours in this test case).
The coupon code should match the code generated by your Zap.
This confirms that your integration is working as expected.
