Connecting Loyalzoo and BigCommerce (Redemption)

Loyalzoo supports customer driven online redemption for rewards you have enabled to be redeemed online. After you follow these steps, a customer will be able to press a button in the mylty.co app to redeem the reward online, and moments later will receive a coupon code via email that will be accepted on your online store.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Loyalzoo Account

  • A Zapier Account

  • A BigCommerce Account

  • A Loyalzoo Coupon API Key - Ask us in intercom and we will provide you with one of these unique to you.


Loyalzoo Setup

  1. If needed, create your percentage or fixed discount rewards on the Loyalty tab of https://admin.loyalty-app.co.

  2. Enable Redeemable Online for each reward as needed

BigCommerce Setup

  1. Go to Settings / API / Store-level API Accounts

  2. Click Create API account

  3. Take note of the store hash in the API path field. https://api.bigcommerce.com/stores/THIS_IS_YOUR_STORE_HASH/v3/

  4. Name the token something clear like "Loyalzoo Token"

  5. Scroll down to Marketing in the scopes list and set to Modify

  6. Press Save

  7. Take note of the access token

Zapier Setup

  1. Create a Zap

  2. Add a Trigger to your Zap

  3. Select Loyalzoo (at least 1.2.23)

  4. Choose the "Redeemed Reward Online" trigger

    1. Connect this to your store via username and password - Reach out to us if you don't have this.

  5. Add an action to your Zap

  6. Select Loyalzoo (at least 1.2.23)

  7. Choose the "Provision Coupon Code" action

    1. Input your Loyalzoo Coupon API Key

    2. Type in the field and press /. Select the Step Output of the Redeemed Reward Online trigger

    3. Select BigCommerce from the platform dropdown

    4. Provide your BigCommerce Token you generated earlier

    5. Provide the BigCommerce store hash acquired during the token generation step

  8. Publish
