How to reset all of your customers points

Loyalzoo allows merchants to permanently reset all customer points and stamps to zero through a simple process

Loyalzoo now lets merchants reset all customer points to zero.
This reset is permanent, so it should be used carefully. If you plan to do a full reset, inform your customers well in advance—let them know the reset date and encourage them to redeem any rewards before then.


Below are the steps to reset all points and stamps for customer.

Step 1. Access the admin dashboard

Step 2. Open the Customers tab

Step 3. In the right hand corner you should see a button with three dots, click on that

Step 4. Choose the reset all Points & Stamps button

Step 5. Then type the phrase from the popup box exactly as it appears

Step 6. Then click the reset button and all of your customers points will be reset to zero.
