For those needing to retrieve their username and password we sent it to you on the day you signed up and to the email you signed up with, so search your email inbox including your spam : ) and you'll find it there (if not please get in touch).
If you require a password change, just send us the password change to firstname.lastname@example.org
***Please note if you are using Clover or EposNow you do not need logins, you can access the Loyalzoo software by heading to the POS backoffice and open the app from the app market.
For Clover you will see a tab on the left-hand side once you've logged into your Clover web dashboard with the title Digital Loyalty or Memberships & Recurring Payments. Click the tab to access your Loyalzoo account.
