How to add an image to your customer's profile

A customers profile is only viewable to you and your staff. Loyalzoo will automatically assign each customer an animal avatar to differentiate your loyalty customers. If you wish to define them with their own profile picture, follow the steps below:

1. Take a photo of your customer on a device such as a tablet, smartphone, or computer
**Please note: Clover POS and SmartPay hardware unfortunately can cause this feature to freeze your device. It is best to use a computer, smartphone or tablet to execute profile picture changes by heading to store.loyalzoo.com 

2. Click on your customer's current profile picture

3. Select the profile picture from your device

4. Your customer's new profile picture will now be displayed
