The easiest way to see a list of payments and memberships is by heading to your Merchant dashboard.
Find the app from your Epos Now back office, under "Reporting"
2. EPOS Now has many different options with which you can view your transactional data. Select the report that you most prefer and set the date time frame to your desired length.
Alternatively, you can see a list of successful payments by using the Transactions tab from your Epos Now back office.
All failed payments will be resolved via the Loyalzoo platform and you will be notified if action must be taken on a declined card. To understand more about failed payments - click here
To find the billing history for a specific customer, head to the Memberships and Recurring Payments app.
1. Search for the customer, using the search box
2. Click on Transaction history
3. A list of previous transactions will appear
