Refunding a recurring payment

If you have made a mistake in a customer's billing cycle & need to perform a refund. Head to the Loyalzoo admin dashboard

  1. Tap on the Reports tab

  2. Select the "Payment Transactions" tab in the left-hand control panel

  3. Enter a date range at the top of the page

  4. Choose the payment you wish to refund

  5. Scrolling all the way to the right, you will see the option to refund that transaction

  6. Confirm the refund
