QSR's and restaurants may not want to use the Register app to process sales, instead using the Orders and Tables app.
The main difference you will notice when processing loyalty points is that there is no Loyalzoo floating button.
Follow the instructions below to see how loyalty points are given when starting an order via the Orders or Tables app on Clover.
1. Firstly use the Orders or Tables app to start the customers order. Complete the usual processes in these apps until you get to the payment screen.
2. On the payment screen, you will now see a Loyalzoo square button. Select the button
3. Find or create a customer using the search box that appears. Select the customer you want to associate with that order.
4. Tap back into the payment screen. Once the payment is closed your customer will receive their points automatically.
5. If you wish to give the customer a reward, repeat the above actions and select the eligible reward in the customers profile.
