When a customer is eligible for a reward the target turns yellow. If the customer requests to redeem the reward, follow the instructions below for redemption.

To redeem, simply tap the eligible reward in yellow and press the confirm button that appears. 

Afterwards, process the reward in the order via your POS till/register.
