If you are experiencing trouble with freezing or a white screen please follow the steps below:
Make sure your Clover is connected to the internet by looking for the Wi-Fi symbol in the top right corner. Loyalzoo requires a good internet connection to work whilst Clover can run offline without you noticing.
Reboot your Clover. To reboot, swipe down from the upper right hand corner from the device and tap “Reboot” from the menu that appears in order to reboot the device. Once the Clover is rebooted open our app from the homescreen first before heading back to the register app.
