If you would like your member's subscription payments to go towards a credit balance that can be used in the future, follow the instructions below.

1. In the Loyalzoo Memberships Admin Dashboard, when creating a plan be sure to check box the "Add this amount to the customer's credit balance"

2. Go to the Loyalzoo in-store software, and set up your customer on this pre-configured membership plan

3. Any auto-subscription payments made on this plan will automatically go towards a credit amount that can be used/redeemed in the future.
