Editing a customer's details is as simple as clicking the edit icon in the customer's profile.
You can update a customer's name, contact details and add a comment to their profile to help build rapport.
For Digital Loyalty users only: Alternatively, you can edit your customer profiles from the customers tab in your Loyalzoo dashboard.
