If you make a mistake, it's pretty simple to fix. Simply hit the 'undo' button in the customer's profile. (If you are running Loyalzoo for Clover, simply perform a refund under the customer's name and it will deduct points automatically).

If you need to rectify a mistake that is not manageable with the undo button. Simply send us the name and contact details (email/phone number) of the customer and let us know what their points balance is supposed to be. You can send us these details via our chat system or send them to hello@loyalzoo.com
