There are several functions within a customers profile which allows you to edit and stop a billing cycle or change a customers card details. Use the information below to edit a customers membership.

Editing a payment cycle:

  1. Tap the edit button
  2. Change the amount or subscription. Tap Save.

Stopping or cancelling a customers billing cycle: 

  1. Simply tap the stop button in the customers profile

***Please be aware that if you stop a billing cycle an automatic email will be sent to your customer informing them of the cancellation. 


Refunding a recurring payment

If you have made a mistake in a customers billing cycle & need to perform a refund. Simply use the refund functionality on Clover, instructions below.
