⚠️ Only some categories (cafés and restaurants) are eligible to add a menu on their Google Business Profile.
Below are the steps you need to follow to upload/create your menu via LoyalZoo:
1. Head to your Loyalzoo Admin Area on a computer/laptop/tablet
2. Click on "Business Settings" and then "Categories"
3. Click on "Menus" in the top bar
You are able to upload an image of your menu or create it individually. To upload photos of your menu (ex: a picture of the menu or of the dishes): click on "Add photos" to upload one or several pictures from your computer. Make sure your logo is in JPEG or PNG format. If you need to delete a photo simply click on a photo to delete it.
If you would like to manually create your item, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to add a category (e.g. starters, main course ...). Once you've created a category you will be able to add your items one-by-one.
Please make sure to click the "Save" button in the bottom right after you finished uploading or creating your menu.
Some tips and tricks for creating a great online menu are below:
The recommended size for photos is 720 pixels x 720 pixels.
To re-organize the sections of a menu, click on the 3 dots right next to the section and click on "Move up" or "Move down". To re-organize the items in a section, move them with the gray icon at the left (three horizontal bars).
To edit an item or a section, click on the three dots right next to the name of the item and click on "Edit".
To delete an item or a section, click on the 3 dots right next to the name of the item and click on "Delete".
