Using EposNow with Digital Loyalty allows you to seamlessly manage your loyalty program and reward customers for their repeat purchases. However, there may be instances where you want to exclude certain items from earning loyalty points. Here's a simple guide on how to do just that.

Step 1: Log into EposNow and access the back office

To get started, you need to log into your EposNow account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Admin" section and then select "Back Office."

Step 2: Click on "Manage" on the left hand menu to access inventory settings (see screenshot below)

Step 3: Click on "Products" to head to your product list

Step 4: Enable "Show Price Details"

In the inventory management section, ensure that "Show Price Details" is selected from the options at the top of the data chart.

Step 5: Locate "Exclude From Point Gain"

Scroll through the inventory data chart or drag the graph horizontally to show the "exclude from points gain" option. Tick this box for any items you do not want to give points on.
