Do you see an error along the lines of "Please contact Loyalzoo to reactivate your account" on your screen?
This error means that you have unpaid bills for our app and the app is currently unavailable to you. To reactivate your account, you first have to update your payment information.
Clover & EposNow:
If you are using our app on Clover or EposNow you will need to update your payment details for third party apps directly with your POS provider. Once they have been updated and the payment has been taken, the app will become available again.
Square & Standard:
If you are using our non-integrated app or our app on Square, please get in touch with us via the chat bubble or email us at hello@loyalzoo.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you to reactivate your account.
