The customer-facing screen does not show up on my Clover

We recommend rebooting the Clover device and then open the apps from the home-screen in the following order:

  1. Digital Loyalty

  2. Loyalzoo checkin app

  3. The Clover register app

This ensures that all apps are running in the background. The check-in app only appears when you are in the Clover register app.
