Are you switching from a different program to Loyalzoo? If you would like to import customers from an existing platform simply fill in the attached excel sheet and send it back to us as a CSV or excel file to hello@loyalzoo.com - we will then get this uploaded within 1 business day at the latest (excluding weekends).
