If you want to confirm your promotion has been sent or a customer has received the message follow the steps below.

1. You will have received a Promotion Delivery Report to your email. Checking your email inbox is the first step. This report indeed indicates that your promotion has been sent out and tells you exactly how the customers promotion has been sent, whether it be email, SMS or push notification

2. If you think a customer has not received your marketing message, download the promotion delivery report from your email. Search for the customers name and contact detail (phone number or email).

***If you think your customer should have received an SMS, please be sure to check if they do not have an email on file or have downloaded the app. We communicate with customers based on these rules below.

3. Your active promotion will be viewable from the Loyalzoo dashboard
