To get full access to all loyalty features you will need to upgrade your subscription in the MX POS back office.
To upgrade Loyalzoo, go into the back office and click "Apps & Integrations" on the left side of the screen and then click on "Integrations" in the top bar
Find the Loyalzoo Integration tile and click "Upgrade"
Click "Save" to confirm that you want to upgrade.
Tip: After upgrading the integration, you may need to sign-out then back in to the back office. Upon signing back in, you will be brought to a confirmation page confirming the addition of the integration and its additional monthly fee. If you do not approve this, the upgraded features may not work correctly.
Once upgraded, you will notice an "Upgraded" tag at the top right of the tile, confirming the upgrade was completed.
